United Kingdom Llandanwg Estuary
A great spot to shoot old boats moored in the estuary, and the surrounding sand dunes.
Photography Tips
Low tide works best in my experience, where the boats become marooned on the sand.
Careful where you step, the sand / silt can be quite soft and you'll get your feet wet and muddy if you stray too far. Wellies would be advisable.
It's often windy and rainy in this area, but a cloudy day works best for this kind of moody atmospheric shot.

Travel Information
Park in the pay and display car park in Llandanwg and walk down the beach to "the point" and back across the field (or vice versa). It's about a 15 minute walk from the carpark to the estuary. The car park is about £2 for a few hours if I remember correctly.
