A great location but difficult to get to. Need to be physically fit and involves scrambling up a mountain with lots of exposure. Not suitable for those who don't like heights. Should not be attempted unless you are a competent and confident hill walker/climber.

Not for the faint hearted but once up here the views are superb. Sunrise and sunset are great. Travel as light as possible.

Travel Information

Pen y Pass Car Park on A4086. Bus also available from Llanberis to this point. Then walk along Pyg Track and steep climb/scramble up Crib Goch
