United Kingdom Fortnum and Mason, Piccadilly
London has a handful of very old, very special up-market shops. With 2 royal warrants, Fortnum’s in Piccadilly is one of them. For a price, you can buy utterly amazing food, great wine and a lot of other gifts befitting a Lady or Gentleman. It is well worth a stroll around. Probably half the people you see are just there to enjoy the ambience.
What caught my eye especially was the stairwells. They are not tall but I think they’re photogenic. The central stairs don’t go to all floors but the circular holes in the upper floors give that impression. The stairs down either side of the building take you to the other floors.
