When you're standing on the southern pillar of Tower Bridge (west side), you have a good view of the City of London, with its magnificent skyscrapers like Walkie Talkie or The Gherkin.

This is a sidewalk, but there's enough room to set up your tripod without being pushed by people. You can also put your camera on top of the wall, as it's wide and stable.
Standard and telephoto lenses are most suitable here, as with ultra you'll get lots of water in the foreground and buildings will be fairly small.
