Hereford is a cathedral city in the county of Herefordshire, England, UK. The cathedral was built between the years of 1079 and 1250 in the Gothic Early English style of architecture. The cathedral is home to the Mappa Mundi, a mediaeval map of the world created around 1300 by Richard of Holdingham, and is listed on the UNESCO Memory of the World Register.
