The ruins are of a grand Tudor house which was visited by King Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth I. It was destroyed by fire in 1793.

Photography Tips

Great shots all the way up to the ruins. Wide angle would help but many of my pictures were with 24-105 mm.

Travel Information

In the town of Cowdray. I drove on a trip around South England. Hours are pretty limited but even if the ruins are not open for tours there are plenty of spots to get good pictures.
