This pink castle is located in the West of Aberdeen and very easy to reach. During a certain time of the day or week, you can also book a tour to visit the insight. The entire area is worth a visit.

Photography Tips

I tried to find trees that would create a natural frame around this pink castle. Went also pretty low angle with my wide angle lens to boost this concept. It was a pretty foggy day and quite challenging to find an exposure that matches the available light but also keeps the pink in the image.

Travel Information

The parking lot is very close to the castle itself. All trails around the area are pretty even but can be a bit muddy when it rains a lot. Parking is not free of charge!
