This spot is great for long-exposure photography with ND filters because you get a nice contrast between the rocky sharp cliffs and the soft texture of the water. Any time of the day can be nice to photograph this place but if you prefer a colorful sky it's probably great to try for a sunrise photo because you are looking to the East from this spot.
