The famous Horse Guards Building in London isn't the best, but still a decent spot for photography. The reason for that is for me the London Eye, which is visible in the background like a little surrounding rainbow. Okay, you should take that with a little bit of fantasy, but I think you still get the point... ;-)

Photography Tips

Place the camera so that you can see as much as possible of the London Eye. A long time exposure could also be a nice idea to get those red/orange trails behind the building.

The Horse Guards Building is pretty central and easy to reach from popular spots in London like Big Ben or Piccadilly Circus.
