Visit in any season. There are various flat locations for tripods, although some need to be reached over rock near the river.

Travel Information

Heading north on the A835, the spot is signposted as 'Blackwater River' on the left, just north of Garve after the A832 junction. Parking is close by and then walk through the trees on to the riverside rocks. Care should be taken in winter and wet weather.
