A great location, easy to get to by car or taxi, good views of the river from publicly accessible pier, but especially wonderful views of the bridge. Lots of other locations around for good photos too.

Capturing the bridge is tricky, no foot traffic allowed. But good views, especially panorama views from the shore.

Travel Information

Fly to Portland Oregon and rent a car and drive 160km to the coast. Or drive along the coastal highway, or fly right into Astoria Airport. The pier is located just west of the big landmark bridge.
