USA Star Wars canyon

It goes by Rainbow or Star Wars Canyon, but it's officially known by those who blast through it as the 'Jedi Transition.' This eastern California canyon along highway 190 is where combat aircraft cut across the Sidewinder low-level training route in exhilarating fashion — and sometimes there is somebody there to take their picture
This spot is unique in that the planes fly below you during their run through the canyon.

Don’t settle for the lookout point where the parking lot is. Drive down the dirt road (no real need for high clearance just some careful driving) further down the canyon for much better spots where the jets are already very low level.
Be patient, they don’t show up every five minutes but on weekdays you should see some if you wait long enough.
