Tripod and neutral density filter definitely help for achieving that silky long exposure effect.

Accessible by car by visiting the Castle in the Clouds Estate. Worth noting the Estate is closed from late October to late May from what I can see, except for special events like Christmas. Estate otherwise open 10AM-5:30PM from late May to late October based on information available from their website: https://www.castleintheclouds.org/hours-admission/

That said, I was pleasantly surprised with this waterfall. Short hike from the parking, maybe 10-20 minutes as a conservative estimate (when in doubt I tend to exaggerate on hike time). Easy walk in any case, but a little bit tricky in explaining the peculiarities surrounding this estate.

Here's why: Official closing time for the Castle in the Clouds is 5:30PM, but if you want to visit this waterfall, you have to go through the Front gate which closes at 4PM. From the front gate it's a one way street up to the mountain, and for someone like me who arrived around 3:30PM that meant I had to stop at the designated waterfall parking or there was no turning back.

Fortunately the parking is well marked, and as I arrived shortly before the front gate closing time of 4PM I had the falls all to myself. All the better as I get the impression most people visiting this estate are interested in seeing the actual Castle in the Clouds at the top of the mountain, so this waterfall could be considered as somewhat of a "sideshow" on the way up. But wonderful sideshow at that for people like me who love waterfalls!
