USA Milwaukee Art Museum, Wisconsin
Located right off Lake Michigan, the Milwaukee Art Museum is an architectural wonder. The exterior looks like a great bird, and its "wings" actually flap once per day! The entryway is my favorite place to shoot, though, with plenty of opportunities for abstract fine art shots.
Photography Tips
Lots of good opportunities for symmetry, both inside and outside. The foot bridge that crosses Lincoln Memorial Drive and leads to the museum is a nice location on the exterior, as is the small plaza on the northwestern edge of the museum (there's a small fountain there which makes a nice foreground for a long exposure shot).
Travel Information
There are plenty of parking locations nearby.
