USA Glass Beach

Glass beach used to be the county garbage dump. After the trash was removed, all that was left was broken glass which has since been polished smooth by the sea.

Photography Tips

A very low tripod or bean bag to hold the camera close to the glass. Be ready to pick it up quickly as the waves come in.

There are two beaches here, the one with the glass is off to the left of the main path.
