USA MacLaren Glacier ice cave
This is a hugh ice cave in the glacier tongue of the MacLaren Glacier in the Alaska Range. The bright blue ice is streaked with veins of stones, shimmering like gold.

Travel Information
The ice cave is only accessible in early spring. The Denali Highway is closed for cars. But the Maclaren River Lodge is opens in April and can be reached by snow machine or dogsled. From here it's a daytrip to the cave.
