This is a great spot to take Sunset and Moonset aligning with the Statue of Liberty. Park is usually crowded & always bustling with tourists all around the year.
This was photographed on Aug 10th at 1:30 AM with Sigma 150-600 mm, ISO 400, F5.6 and 1/15 second on a tripod.

Thank you Michel!. Yes, single shot, i used Photo Pills app to plot the time/elevation/trajectory of the moon over Statue of Liberty. It's a useful app for Sun/Moon/Milkyways.
