A few decent waterfalls her in this park, DuPont State Park. This is the smallest one, and on the northern end of the park. Waterfalls are easily found on Google Maps.

Neutral Density Filter, maybe a polarized filter as well, and a good sturdy tripod for that long exposure.

Travel Information

There is ample parking, and a hiking trail. All trails are listed on Google maps, and you can plan accordingly from there. The trail to Hooker is easy and short.
