Travel Information

Parking lot ($10 fee) is about 200 yards in from Highway, but best to park on Highway and walk in (less than 1/2 mile) since it saves you little of the total walk. The road twists down to the beach - be prepared for quite a hike back up! Another reason to park up on the highway is that the gate usually closes just before sunset. It is automated to get out but check with the attendant if you choose to pay/park.
