USA Sunrise Point, Bryce Canyon, Utah
Thousands of bright orange and white hoodoos that seem at times to take on an iridescent glow.
Photography Tips
Use a wide angle lens. I used a 14mm lens exclusively at Bryce Canyon.
Travel Information
From the Bryce Canyon entrance, drive 1 mile toward the North Campground General Store. Park at the first available space in the parking lot and walk to the Sunrise Point Viewpoint. Bryce Canyon is particularly popular during the summer. Arrive early to ensure finding a place to park. This parking lot is very large but during my last visit in May, I arrived in mid-day and circled the lot twice before finding a spot to park.
