Use a wide angle lens. I used a 14mm for this shot.

Travel Information

From Canyon Junction in Zion National Park, drive east on SR-9 for about 1.5 miles to a shady pullout on the right side of the road. This just before a curve, so after checking for traffic, carefully cross the road to a wide spot on the side of the road where you can safely stand. There are four more hairpin turns beyond this spot before you reach the 1.1 mile long tunnel.
