Near the Big Bend shuttle stop at Zion National Park. There is a short and easy switchback from the shuttle stop down to the Virgin River.

When the free shuttles are running (which is almost year round except for about 6 weeks during the winter), exit the shuttle at the “Big Bend” stop.
