USA Kalepa Ridge Trail

The Kalepa Ridge Trail is an unofficial, unmaintained trail that starts from Kalalau lookout in Koke’e State Park, along the ridge line between Kalalau Valley and Honopu. You can walk down as far as you dare to be rewarded with truly stunning views of the coastline. Make sure to wear proper footwear and to not go when its rainy and muddy. Only go as far as you feel comfortable.

There is honestly so much to photograph on every side. Bring your wide angle and your drone if its not too windy.

Parking is provided at Kalalau Lookout. From there, go to the highest point of the lookout and look for a part of the fence to your left where it seems like many people have crossed already. Thats the start of the unofficial trailhead that starts in the bushes.
