This is the Buckingham fountain located near millennium park in downtown Chicago. During the summer the fountain turns into a water show with the sparkling skyline right behind it.

Travel Information
Get off at Adams/Wabash and either walk 10 minutes or take a bus. But I would simply recommend to google maps the walk before you leave the house/hotel for directions.
