USA Logs at Koosah Falls

This spot at Koosah Falls is tricky since it's not along the common trail. If you walk away from the waterfall viewpoint, you might be able to spot the logs from the trail after roughly 100-120m. It's also the first smaller curve in the river after the enormous lake below the waterfall. From here, you will have to follow a smaller trail which is hard to see, but in the end, you have to get all the way down to the river.

Bring a wide-angle lens to get the logs in the foreground and the waterfall in the background featured in one image. A person might be a fantastic element on the log, but it's hazardous and slippery.

You should be able to use Google Maps to find the parking lot by following the #126 McKenzie Hwy. The waterfall itself has a small parking and restroom at Trailhead.
