USA Shark's Cove
Spot for catching sunset every time of the year. It has a lot to offer, but be aware of rough surf that can occur at any time on Oahu's North Shore. There is a tide pool which can be used for snorkelling and it is surrounded by rock walls, which are easily accessible and offer multiple angles and sharp (shark teeth-like) rocks to implement into the foreground. Also, you may find sea lions and turtles lying around. There are also some blowing holes, where water comes in from below and creates nice waterfall-like scenes (reminiscent of Thors Well on the coast of Oregon).
Photography Tips
Spot for all skill levels. If you are advanced bring ND filters to use the waves with a longer expo to create dreamy scenes or to capture sea waterfalls. Sunsets closer to the equator are shorter, so make sure to know your composition.
