June 3, 2020, 6:40 AM. -- Overlook facing Northwest from Murphy Hogback on the White Rim Trail in Canyonlands National Park. We had camped overnight at Murphy C campground. I got up early to catch the early light. The Green River meanders through the canyon around Turks Head. The sun's rays are just starting to illuminate Candlestick Tower. Zoom into the river and you will see reflections of the distant canyon walls on the glassy surface of the water. The White Rim Trail snakes along in the foreground.

This shot using Canon 5DSR, Canon 70-200mm lens @200mm, f/13, 1/25th, sec. exposure, ISO 400. It is made up of 135 images, 5 rows x 27 columns 30% overlap in portrait orientation.

The original image is: 3.64 Giga-pixels, 33,291 x 119,427 pixels, 112" x 367" 300 PPI cropped image size

The golden hour is short in this area. This view is best shot as a sunrise due to glare of late afternoon light.
