USA Painted Cove Trail
Painted Cove trail is a short 0.3-mile loop trail in the Painted Hills unit of John Day Fossil Beds National Monument in Central Oregon. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 8 min to complete. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime.

There are lots of options from using an ultra wide angle to a medium telephoto lens. Consider using focus stacking to increase the depth of field.
Travel Information
Only by car. Lodging is also limited in the area. Plan ahead. Parking is not an issue as it is generally not crowded.
