Photography Tips
This location is best in the early morning. You should arrive before sunrise. You should be able to capture the blue hour while the city lights are still on. The sun will rise to the right and behind you illuminating the skyline in a beautiful warm glow. Bring a tripod and a shutter release for long exposures.
Travel Information
Arrive early in the morning for this spot. There is parking on the other side of the bridge that is closed at night. This spot is sometimes frequented by fishermen.
