4th Ave. South in Seattle gives a nice view of the city with several composition sites with Century Link field just off of my left shoulder and Safeco field just behind me. The blue hour shot allows car trails to add to the foreground.

Photography Tips

Come during a weeknight for more lights in the building than I captured and perhaps more cars if you like a busier street. Of course, use a tripod and shutter release.
