USA Sunshine Skyway Bridge

These pictures are taken from the fishing pier along the Sunshine Skyway Bridge that span the Tampa Bay.

You need at least 100 mm zoom to take the picture of the bridge from the tip of the fishing pier. You need 250-300mm zoom from the rest area. Drone is OK from the pier but it could be windy as the location is in the middle of an open bay.

There are 2 rest areas and fishing piers, one on the north side of the bridge, the other on the south side. They are easily accessible from I-275. You need to pay $4/car plus $4 for the passengers to enter the fish piers. The fishing piers are open 24 hours a day and there is always someone at the ticket booth. If you don't want to pay, you can park at the rest area and walk for half a mile to reach the pier, but then there are nearly another mile to reach the end of the pier.
