USA Observatories on Mauna Kea
Two observatories at golden hour with a beautiful clowd gently sweeping over the mountains, Mauna Loa is in the background.
Photography Tips
Took this at golden hour, maybe 8:30 or 9:00PM, get a zoom lens and a tripod, a little longer exposure just to get more brightness. Shot at 140mm, f6, exposed for 1-2 seconds, iso is a little cranked.
Travel Information
Accessible my AWD but I recommend taking a tour, they have stargazing at the end and it’s super worth it, the staff is super nice and explains everything, the drive up takes about 1 hour all in all.
