This was taken under the edge of the Lesner Bridge in Virginia Beach, VA. The beach is Chic's Beach and I'm on the point where bridge spans over the opening between the Lynnhaven Inlet and Chesapeake Bay.

This spot is open year around and is popular with locals, tourists and fisherman. You can access this area via the Lynnhaven Boat Ramp parking lot. Parking is not free so be prepared to pay a small fee.
