USA Marsh Trail - Ten Thousands Islands NWR
A terrific spot to photograph wetland landscape as well as a variety of birds such as egrets, herons, ibis, hawks, anhinga, cormorants, etc. If you are lucky, you will see alligators as well.
Photography Tips
Use a normal focal length to shoot landscapes. Use a long telephoto for birds. Sunrise and sunset are good times.
Travel Information
By car. Parking lot can handle 20 cars. It is a short walk on the only trail to a raised viewing platform.
