USA Mayflower Gulch Trail
Beautiful hiking trail that leads to an old mining camp that still has remains of old homes/buildings left from the late 1800’s. As of now one structure still stands with it roof still on. Place looks great all year but I feel the views are better once snow hits. It sets just over 11,000 feet in elevation.
Travel Information
There is a free parking at the lot located at the trail head. Depending on the time of day and month you visit it can get full fast. In the summer months you can drive up to the old mining camp since the original dirt road is accessible. I’ve only gone in the winter months so research the area if you want to go during warmer weather to see what recommendations for types of vehicle to use.
