USA Lipan Point
There really is not a bad spot to shoot in the Grand Canyon. We did a photo workshop in August when there are lots of storms. I usually avoid taking my camera out in the rain but the guy giving the workshop told us to do so and it paid off rather nicely. It was raining like the devil when there was a break in the clouds and this is what I got. Sunrise is great, sunset is even better.
Photography Tips
Canon 5D III, EF 24-105mm f/4L IS at 85mm. ISO100, 1/40sec @ f/11. Naturally, a tripod. I highly recommend photo workshops by Adam Schallau, an outstanding photographer, great teacher and all around nice guy! Check out, www. adamschallau.com for many outstanding photos.
