This is the eastern portion of the Oakland/San Francisco Bay Bridge. yet unnamed and causing much controversy among the locals about its super-modern bridge pillar. For night photographers, this is a great destination and worth roaming around the Yerba Buena Island.

Photography Tips

Bring a longer lens, you will have to zoom in somewhat. You will have to layer a couple exposures, because the pillar is super-bright.

Travel Information

Parking down the street, easy to get to, but you will need to cross the Bay Bridge, be alert on exit, the route is not intuitive.
