Tashkent City Park is in the evening a very popular spot where many families enjoy in summer time the cooler temperatures. Just south of it are Hilton Hotel and the Congress Hall. Both share the same modern architecture.

During day time the City Park is almost empty, in the evening very crowded.
Depending on current or upcoming events guards might indicate not to take pictures of the congress hall. But Hilton will not case you away.
