I'm a casual photographer using a simple phone camera or quality point-and-shoot with manual controls. While I have no formal skills in photography, years in graphic design influence the composing of my images. Colours, textures and shadows often motivate me to take a specific image.
Post-processing is normally limited to minor colour adjustment to represent what I saw with my eye, or to capture the feeling that I had when onsite.
