I'm a photographer with over twenty years experience in travel and landscape photography. I grew up and went to school in the Cambridgeshire Fens and although I have lived in other areas of the country including Brighton and London, I have always had a deep affinity with the starkly beautiful East Anglian landscapes.
I have a huge love of black and white imagery as I feel it can stir powerful emotions within people and convey a landscape in an incredibly dynamic and special way. It allows the viewer to see our environment in a different way and reduces an image to the essentials of contrast and composition.
The great outdoors has always been a huge part of my life and I have a very strong connection to the environment. I spend an awful lot of my time immersed in it, whether it's taking photographs, camping, mountaineering or hill walking; I'll be out, rain or shine!
