Australia Quobba Blowholes
The waves of the Indian Ocean roll unbreaked against rugged, porous cliffs and terraces and cause huge breakers. In some places, the spray is pressed through holes and cracks in the rocks. As fountains it comes out again, up to 20 m high.

Travel Information
From Carnavon it is a proximately 60 km drive north to the blowholes. The paved Blowholes Road runs from the Northwest Coastal Highway all the way directly to the blowholes crossing the salt lake Lake McLeod. At the end of the road there a large parking area.
