Photography Tips

I came here for sunrise and hoped for a cloud ocean. Some clouds were visible over the lake, but not the amount I had expected for. It might be better in autumn. But summer mornings are also cool up here.

Travel Information

You have multiple options to get here. You can hike up, which takes about one hour. During operation hours (no sunrise), you can take the Areitbahn 1 to 3 right to the area. You could also park at the Schmittenhöhebahn and hike toward the drone's position.
