Belgium City alley in Brussels
A pretty decent spot in Brussels is this one on a bridge with a nice alley and a huge building in the background, which adds a lot to a good composition and an interesting image.
Photography Tips
Blue hour seems to be a good time to be here to get that blue/green contrast. The interesting direction is heading north, so it's maybe worth a try to get a decent sunset or sunrise shot, but I wouldn't bid for that because the sun isn't nearly behind these buildings.
Don't forget to get multiple exposures, especially a shorter one, because those blue lights on the left tend to be overexposed pretty fast. I missed that so I retouched the same photo 2 times in Lightroom: The whole scene and the blue lights in a separate version to paint them in later on in Photoshop. I regained some details this way, but I should have taken a separate exposure for that.

Travel Information
It's not that far from the center of the city and during the weekend there are also a lot of side streets nearby you can use for parking, because this quarter is work-related, so it's usually only hard to find a parking spot during the week when the hotels nearby are booked up.
