Canada Canada's Gnarliest Tree
Old growth forest with strang looking trees, a lot of tree and nice lush green undergrowth and typical forest you find on the west coast of Canada. Like Cathedral Grove but without the people and boardwalks.
Photography Tips
The tree are big, use something know of size if you want to show that. Look around for intimate forest pictures.
Travel Information
A dirt road to the parking spot, reasonably maintained but still with a lot of potholes, drive carefully. I got there with my two wheel drived camper (25ft), but it took me an half hour for 7km I think.
Parking is along the road, only ever visited by locals and people 'in the know'. A real hidden gem.
