Canada Labrador Coastal Drive
Labrador Coastal Drive is the southern driving route through a rugged and pristine region of Labrador. It is the eastern part of the Trans Labrador Highway, which sometimes seems to be endless.
West of Mary‘s Harbour, it is gravel road for about 360 kilometers. However it is better than some paved parts of the Coastal Drive further south. Boreal forest is predominant here, occasionally interrupted by lakes. Bear encounters are not uncommon.
