At night time the bridges crossing the Wusong River (Suzhou River) are sometimes illuminated. As the water typically is really calm, you may get really impressive reflections.
Photography Tips
You need to be able to do long exposures in order to get really nic water surfaces. And be prepared for a lot people being on the bridge.

Get downtown by the metro (Line 2) and leave at Nanjing Road East. From there have a walk on the Bund up North to the spot.
