Croatia Zagreb Funicular
Zagreb Funicular in the Tomićeva street connects the Ilica street with the Strossmayer promenade. Its 66-metre (217 ft) track makes it one of the shortest public-transport funiculars in the world.
Photography Tips
The place might be a little crowded in the afternoon in the summer during the tourist season. I would recommend to walk up the stairs aside the funicular if you want a closer capture of the wagons driving up/down. From the top you'll have an excellent view of Zagreb's cityscape.
Travel Information
It is easy to reach this spot from the Jelačić square, just head west from the square down the Ilica Street and the first street you'll encounter on the right side is Tomićeva street (distance 300 m).
