Croatia Pula Amphitheatre
The Pula Arena is a Roman amphitheatre located in Pula, Croatia. It is the only remaining Roman amphitheatre to have four side towers entirely preserved.
This spot has the (in my opinion) best foreground with the walking path in front of the amphitheatre.
and you don't get interrupted by a car driving into your photo.

Photography Tips
Bring a tripod and a wide-angle lens (14-16mm).
The building is huge and you don't have a lot of space since there are other buildings around it.
Go in the morning since it can get quite crowded later in the day.
