Czech Republic Old Town Hall Tower, Prague
The Old Town Hall Tower with a height of nearly 70 meters was built in 1338 and is one of the most striking buildings in Prague. On top of it is an observation deck which offers visitors a 360-degree view of the town.
The famous "Astronomical Clock" was installed in 1410 into the facade of the Old Town Hall. I think you should check this one out as well.

Photography Tips
First of all the tower is a big attraction for tourists and can easily be very crowded. You should bring enough time and patience for shooting. The platform itself is very narrow, so using a tripod is not the best idea up there. A wide-angle lens like the 16-35mm is also highly recommended.
