France Laquettes, Neouvielle natural reserve

This spot is in the Neouvielle natural reserve, next to the french Pyrenees national park. It is a well known location to shoot natural landscapes, lakes, pines, granite rocks.

Best season is summer, as soon as the road is opened. In early June and July, there will still be snow in the mountains for more photographic potential.
This spot is best for sunrise, but it may be good at sunset.

You can go there by car from June to October, between 7PM and 9AM to park your car at the very end of the road near Aumar Lake. In summer between 9AM and 7PM, you have to park your car near Oredon lake.
The road is closed in winter, and between June and September you have to pay a few euros to use it.
The spot is half an hour of walk away of Oredon or Aumar lake. Carry your headlamp if you plan a sunrise photo session.
